I’m here to share a quick meal that’s easy to make and healthy. All you’ll need is salmon, some spices, brown rice and avocado!
You can marinade your salmon as long as you want, and feel free to use other spices too! Throw your mix in a pan, you don’t need to add any extra oil.
I cooked my brown rice with turmeric also. On the side I have some cut up avocado that’s drizzled with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. On top of the salmon I mixed fresh dill and low fat plain yogurt. You won’t be disappointed!
