The Raptors remarkable post-trade run continued into a new calendar year on Wednesday with possibly their best win of the season — a 95-82 win against the league-leading Pacers.
DeMar DeRozan struggled early but picked up his shooting in the fourth quarter on his way to a game-high 26 points in the win and the performance also re-wrote the Raptors’ record book.
DeRozan’s third 20+ point scoring effort in his last fourth games vaulted him past Jose Calderon for number five on the Raptors all-time scoring list, which seems astounding for the 24-year-old. But DeRozan has started from Day One in Toronto, he’s missed very little time due to injury and he’s already third in made free throws in franchise history.
The question is, where does he end up on that list?
