As leaders in developing the game of basketball in Canada, the Toronto Raptors hosted over 670 local coaches at their annual Coaches’ Open House at Air Canada Centre.
The Raptors Coaches’ Open House is a free program that offers local coaches of all levels the opportunity to learn from team coaches and special guests.
Local coaches gained expertise on nutrition and injury prevention, and learned how practices are executed at the professional level through on-court drill demonstrations.
All coaches in attendance had the opportunity to hear from Raptors head coach Dwane Casey and his staff, plus watch a full NBA practice on the main court. For information on strengthening your coaching skills with the Raptors, please visit www.coachesopenhouse.ca.
