Throwback Thursday: Big Day For Mo Pete

mopete1

A Throwback Kind Of Week…

With a new Raptors season just on the horizon, it’s been a pretty fascinating week of nostalgia in these dog days of summer.

Last week, we saw President of Basketball Operations and General Manager Masai Ujiri in Johannesburg with none other than fellow Nigerian, former Raptor and Hall of Famer Hakeem Olajuwon.

This week, we’re seeing those more of those ties as Ujiri arranged for forwards Rudy Gay and Austin Daye to spend a week working with Olajuwon in Houston.

Daye Dreamin in H-Town…. Great workout today with one of the all time […]

Raptors Move On To Knockout Round At NBA Summer League

What you see above is the result of seeding for the knockout round of the NBA’s inaugural Summer League Championship bracket. Here’s how it shakes out for the Raptors:

– As a result of their 2-1 record through the preliminary round, the Raptors found themselves among the top half of the 22 teams here in Las Vegas.
